PAYMENT POLICY
We accept Paypal.
The transaction is processed through our secure server. We do not share or sell any customer information with third parties. Our secure server provides maximum privacy.
SHIPPING POLICY- US
Orders generally ship within 2-7 business days, we use USPS ground for delivery (No PO Box please)
All orders over $100 receive free shipping!
For orders under $100, shipping and handling costs are calculated on total amount spent.

SHIPPING POLICY - INTERNATIONAL
Orders generally ship within 1-2 weeks. We use USPS for shipping international deliveries.
All orders over $ 200 receive free shipping!
For orders under $200, shipping and handling costs are calculated on total amount spent.
$0.01 - $99.99 : $15.00
$100 - $199.99 : $10.00
*The receiver is responsible for all incurred taxes and customs duties. International deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which the receiver will be required to pay upon receipt. So Good by g.o.d is not responsible for customs issues or delays.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders.
Please contact us prior to sending back any item you’d like to return. All returned items must be UNUSED and with ALL tags attached in original packaging. Damage/defect claims must be communicated within 5 business days of package arrival. Shipping costs and any damage resulting from returning goods are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Unfortunately, hosiery and earrings are considered intimate apparel and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please remember hosiery must be handled with care.
Note: All sale items are considered final, not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
NOTE: Shipping/handling and customs charges are non-refundable
